Dr. Minjung Kim is an assistant professor of Sport Management in the Department of Health and Kinesiology at Texas A&M University. She completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Sport and Leisure Studies from Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea. She then received her Ph.D. in Sport Management at Florida State University. Her research efforts endeavor to understand what sport organizations can do to ensure their stakeholders’ well-being. Dr. Kim initially applied a positive organizational behavior approach to sport management and developed various models of psychological capital in sport contexts (HEROES and A-HERO).

Dr. Brent D. Oja is an associate professor of Sport Management with the School of Kinesiology at Louisiana State University. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Studies (Emphasis in Sport Management) from the University of Minnesota. He completed his MS (Sport Management) at West Virginia University and his PhD (Sport Management) from the University of Kansas. His research line is grounded within the positive organizational behavior paradigm and is designed to enhance sport employees’ skillsets, well-being, and psychological capacities to cultivate a sustainable competitive advantage for sport organizations.

Dr. Claire C. Zvosec is an associate professor of Sport Management in the School of Kinesiology at Louisiana State University. She received a BS in Psychology and a BS in Spanish from Washington University in St. Louis. She then completed her MS and PhD in Sport Management from the University of Kansas. Her research interests primarily rely on examining the financial underpinnings of athletics department decision-making and athletics department marketability. In doing such research, Dr. Zvosec often utilizes various theories and conceptual frameworks from organizational behavior, sociological aspects of sport, and the higher education setting. As a secondary research interest, Dr. Zvosec examines the realm of sport officiating.

Dr. Han Soo Kim is an assistant professor of Sport Management in the Department of Leadership, School Counseling, and Sport Management at the University of North Florida. He earned his B.S. in Physical Education with a minor in Business Administration and his M.S. in Sport and Leisure Studies from Yonsei University. He later obtained his Ph.D. in Health & Kinesiology with an emphasis on Sport Administration and a cognate in Sport Analytics. His research primarily focuses on fan engagement, technology in sport communication, and sport business analytics, with a particular emphasis on applying machine learning algorithms.

Sean Dahlin, Ph.D.

Dr. Sean Dahlin is an assistant professor in the Department of Sport and Movement Studies at Central Washington University. Dr. Dahlin serves as the program director for the undergraduate Sport Management program and teaches courses in the Sport & Athletic Administration master's program. He also serves as director for the CWU Northwest Center for Sport. Before CWU, Dr. Dahlin was an assistant professor for two years at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside. He earned his Ph.D. in Sport Management from Ohio State University and has more than 10 years of experience in athletic administration and coaching at the intercollegiate and high school levels. He centers his research on leadership styles and organizational culture and behavior as well as coaching effectiveness, particularly within intercollegiate athletics.

Christos Anagnostopoulos, Ph.D.

Dr. Christos Anagnostopoulos is within the College of Science and Engineering at Hamad Bin Khalifa University, in Qatar. He is also the Founder, Director and the co-Chairholder of the UNESCO Chair on Governance and Social Responsibility in Sport (at UCLan Cyprus). He graduated from University of Birmingham and he holds a Master’s by Research from University of London (Birkbeck), as well as a PhD from Coventry Business School (UK). He also holds an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership from Harvard Kennedy School, while he is completing a Graduate Diploma in Management at London School of Economics (LSE). The crux of his research lies in examining organizational processes and concepts that facilitate (or sometimes destroy) value creation in sport (from both OT and OB perspective).

Jasamine Hill, Ph.D.
Positive Organizational Behavior | Sport Employee Well-Being
Dr. Jasamine Hill is an assistant professor within the Department of Sport Management at the University of Florida. Dr. Hill recently received her Ph.D. from Texas A&M University in August 2024. During her doctoral program, she was active by being an executive researcher for the Positive Sport Organizational Behavior Laboratory, a graduate research and teaching assistant, a media specialist for the Educational Leadership Research Center, and the diversity and inclusion student representative for the North American Society of Sport Management. Thus far, Dr. Hill has published work in the Journal of Sport Management, European Sport Management Quarterly, and Sport, Business and Management Journal.
Leeann Lower-Hoppe, Ph.D

Dr. Leeann Lower-Hoppe is an associate professor of Sport Management in the Department of Human Sciences at The Ohio State University. She completed a B.A. dual-degree in Math-Economics and Business Administration at Anderson University, a M.S. degree in Sport Management at Baylor University, and a Ph.D. in Sport Management at The Ohio State University. Her overarching research aim is to investigate sport for health and human development through a multi-dimensional framework of organizational effectiveness to extend theory and practice, ultimately advancing the health and development of people through sport.

Jiayao Qi, Ph.D

Dr. Jiayao Qi is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Kinesiology housed in the School of Public Health at Indiana University - Bloomington. Dr. Qi graduated from the University of South Carolina with a focus on human resource management in sport organizations. Specifically, Dr. Qi utilizes many novel approaches such as AI-powered biometric methods and mass qualitative data inquiries. Dr. Qi has a particular focus on passion in sport - namely, how passion develops over three stages: passion being formed, passion before the workplace, and passion in the workplace.

Tsu-Lin Yeh, Ph.D.

Dr. Tsu-Lin Yeh is a Postdoctoral Research Associate and Instructor at the University of Mississippi, specializing in sport marketing, international sport management, and the globalization of sport organizations. She holds a Ph.D. in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina, where her research focused on cultural intelligence and athlete career transitions within international organizations. Recognized for her academic excellence, Dr. Yeh is deeply committed to advancing knowledge in global sport management. Her professional experience spans roles with the London, Rio, and Paris Olympic Games, as well as various sport organizations.
