The mission of the Positive Sport Organizational Behavior (PSOB) laboratory is to promote research at the intersection of sport management and positive organizational behavior, foster scientific and practical knowledge to enhance the well-being of individuals, and support future sport management scholars.
The PSOB laboratory has three primary goals:
1. To promote the understanding of positive organizational behavior in sport and individual well-being through conducting high-quality research.
2. To foster an industry-academy knowledge exchange by disseminating positive organizational behavior research in sport communities, businesses, and organizations.
3. To introduce sport management students to research at the intersection of sport management and positive organizational behavior.

Focuses on how sport promotes consumers' mental, social, and physical well-being through engagement and participation.
