How to Apply

Pre-doctoral fellowships are increasingly becoming a route for undergraduates to learn the ins and outs of research, develop their own interests in economics research, and boost preparation for graduate school.

Students who attend this year's Pre-Doctoral economics Pipeline Conference will have the opportunity to meet with economists, pre-doc managers, current pre-docs, and graduate admissions directors.

In order to foster a workshop environment with significant interaction, the number of attendees will be limited. Registration is required.

Application Due Date: Friday, September 10 at 5pm PT

Eligibility: Current or recent undergraduate or Masters students from a U.S. institution

Submission items include:

• A 1-2 paragraph description of why you want to attend, what you seek to learn, and what your research interests are

• An unofficial copy of your transcript

• The name, job title, and email address of one academic reference
