Short Bio: Pramod Kumar Siva is the Regional Tax Director (Americas) responsible for international tax and transfer pricing projects at Michelin North America, based in Greenville, South Carolina. He has more than 25 years of international experience integrating transfer pricing, cross-border tax policy, technology, and risk management in complex multinational environments.
He has led regional tax functions across Africa, India, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas, and previously served as Associate Director at EY LLP in California. His work focuses on transfer pricing, cross-border structuring, and responsible tax-technology design. Mr. Siva contributes to international tax policy through technical submissions to the OECD, the United Nations, and the U.S. Treasury. He is a nominated participant in the United Nations Subcommittee on Tax Administration and Artificial Intelligence under the UN Committee of Experts on International Cooperation in Tax Matters. He serves as Regional Vice President of the International Fiscal Association for the Carolinas and is a member of the American Bar Association Transfer Pricing Committee, bringing an in-house perspective at the intersection of transfer pricing and artificial intelligence.
