TAMU Mathematics Department Individualized Development Plan

Purpose

We offer a series of professional development workshops for graduate students and postdocs in the Mathematics department, centered around an Individualized Development Plan (IDP) . Our objective is to provide resources for Math grad students (especially those in years 2-4) and postdocs (in their initial phase) to identify and achieve their academic and professional goals. More broadly, our aim is to contribute to a departmental climate in which graduate students and postdocs feel supported and empowered.
