I am a Ph.D. student in Economics at Texas A&M University, specializing in macroeconomics, fiscal policy, and monetary policy. My research examines how credibility, private-sector beliefs, and firm heterogeneity shape the transmission of macroeconomic policies.
Beyond academia, I engage in policy-oriented research with practical implications for policymaking, and I am a member of the Economics Research Network of the Colombian Central Bank.
In my teaching, I emphasize rigorous macroeconomic thinking applied to real-world challenges, helping students connect theory to practice and develop the tools to assess economic policies and their broader consequences.
