In this course, you will be introduced to critical leadership concerns and how managers can effectively build and support a high-performing team. Additionally, you will complete a leadership self-assessment, which will be used to assess individual competencies. By the end of this training, you will be able to: a) explore concepts of leadership fundamentals; b) self-assess to determine core values, leadership skills and competencies, and a personal vision statement.

This course introduces the concept of strategic management and planning with an emphasis on organization adaptability. Strategic management and planning provides insight into how businesses develop and how they add value to the people and communities they serve. The course also provides an overview of business planning, with an introduction to and focus on stakeholder engagement practices. By the end of this training, you will be able to: a) demonstrate an understanding of strategic management; b) review and compare strategic plans; c) draft a strategic plan.

This course supports learners’ abilities to promote and connect with stakeholders, providing particular attention to social media platforms and tools. By the end of this training, you will be able to: a) review strategies to assist in promoting and connecting with stakeholders; b) explore different social media strategies and tools.

This course provides learners with an overview of the primary functions of management. With consideration to the overarching function of management being the responsibility to provide order and consistency for businesses, the course will also introduce best practices in team-building. By the end of this training, you will be able to: a) review basic management primary fundamentals; b) explore team building strategies.

This course provides learners with an understanding of basic financial literacy principles (e.g., finance, accounting, financial decision-making). By the end of this course, you will be able to: a) demonstrate an understanding of basic financial principles.

This course provides an overview of performance management principles, with particular attention to developing and applying administrative monitoring practices. By the end of the course, you will be able to: a) explore performance management principles; b) apply administrative monitoring practices.


This course provides an overview of strategic human resource management principles, federal and state regulations and policies, and principles of risk management. By the end of the course you will be able to: a) examine human resource management principles; b) demonstrate an understanding of federal and state regulations; c) explore principles of risk management.


This course will challenges learners to identify the leadership skills they currently possess and those deemed vital to future success. The course will provide learners with the opportunity to explore leadership development goals through the creation of an individual leadership plan. By the end of this course you will be able to: a) identify leadership skills; b) explore leadership development goals; c) construct a individual leadership plan
