Double Spacing

Step 1: Select the text that you want to change.

Step 2: Choose the Line Spacing button.  [Alternatively, you can choose Home  ➡️ Paragraph]

Step 3: Choose 2.0.

Space After Paragraphs

Sometimes you will find that you have an extra space between your text and your headings.  To remove this space, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Select the text you want to change.

Step 2: Choose the Line Spacing button.  [Alternatively, you can choose Home  ➡️ Paragraph]

Step 3: Choose Remove Space after Paragraph.
