Hello, my name is David Ethridge, and I am a graduate student in the Master of Land and Property Development program at Texas A&M University, graduating in December 2025. My background in Urban Planning sparked my interest in how land use, design, and economics come together to shape communities.

I’m passionate about sustainable, value-driven land development and how thoughtful planning can balance growth with long-term community benefit. I enjoy exploring how market trends, design principles, and policy intersect to create places where people want to live, work, and invest.

Outside of school, I like spending time outdoors, traveling, and learning about different approaches to land use and development.
