Angler Registration

Choose a sponsorship level and register for a captain or enter your own boat (BYOB) in the tournament.This form should be completed, one (1) per team/boat. Please have your boat information ready with all anglers’ names. Upon submission of the registration form, you will be redirected to Mother Teresa of Calcutta School's payment processing site.

Any check payments *must* be made out to "Tamp Catholic High School" and received at The Law Office of Thamir A.R. Kaddouri, Jr., P.A., 3220 W Cypress Street, Tampa, Florida 33607 Attn: TCHS Fishing Tournament.

This is a non-refundable event. In the event of a cancellation for any reason including but not limited to inclement weather, registrants will be notified via email of the new event date. 

REGISTRANTS WHO SIGN UP FOR SPONSORSHIPS THAT INCLUDE BRAND PLACEMENT MUST UPLOAD THEIR COMPANY LOGO VIA THE "REGISTRANT LOGO UPLOAD" PAGE NO LATER THAN MARCH 14, 2025
