Welcome to Your Library!
Welcome to the Redwood High School Library, the beating heart of our campus and your go-to sanctuary for everything from deep-dive research to well-earned downtime. Whether you’re here to hunt down a reliable source for your next project, find a novel that speaks to you, or just grab a quiet corner to recharge between classes, we’ve got you covered. Consider this your home base for intellectual curiosity and creative sparks; we’re much more than just rows of books—we’re a community hub designed to help you navigate the noise and find exactly what you need to thrive. Come in, get comfortable, and let’s see what we can discover together.
Library Specialists
The Library Vibe: Our Expectations
We want the library to be the best part of your day. To keep it that way for everyone, we ask that you:
Respect the Zones: We have areas for collaborative group work and "silent-mode" individual study. Please remember that you are in a library and match your volume to your surroundings.
Fuel Responsibly: Covered drinks are fine, but keep the snacks and "full-course meals" out of the library. Help us keep the furniture and tech crumb-free.
Borrow with Care: Our books and equipment are shared by everyone. Please return items on time and in good shape so the next student can enjoy them too.
Ask for Help: Not sure where to start your research? Can't find a specific title? That’s what we’re here for—don't be a stranger!
SMART Period in the Library
You must have a library pass, written by a Library Specialist, to spend your SMART period in the library. Remember to come early for a pass - they're the hottest ticket in town and they go fast!
Hours
