Welcome & What We Do
Welcome to Wellness! We are here to provide a safe space for students on campus. The Wellness Center (Room 103) works in collaboration with the Redwood Counseling Department to support the health and wellness needs of all students. Redwood Wellness offers students health, mental health, substance use/misuse and sexual health services, education and resources. We offer both direct students services (1:1, group) and well as prevention and education for the whole school community. We partner with students, staff and parent/caregivers to ensure our programs and services reflect the needs of our community. We are so glad you are here!

Redwood High School Peer Resource
A Class Dedicated to Social-Emotional Growth, Outreach and Education
Redwood Wellness works very closely with Peer Resource.
Peer Resource is a class of students that are trained in mindfulness and active listening with the goal of forming authentic connections with peers.
Peer Resource students learn and educate peers on topics related to mental and sexual health and substance use.
Redwood students can request to meet confidentially with a Peer Resource student to celebrate successes or sort through circumstances. All correspondence are confidential*.
Outreach and education occur in classrooms at Redwood, through school-wide events, and at feeder middle schools.
