This part of the topic we'll be learning about the journey from light to sight. Light is reflected off objects and into our eyes, then communicated to our brains.
As literacy activities we're going to be learning how to write scientifically using examples, descriptions and explanations (utilising the word because).
We'll also be learning about the structure and function of eyes (using cow eyes as a model for a human eye).
Students will share a recount of their eye dissection practical using precision writing and scientific vocabulary, on their blog.
