Adam Catron is CEO and Co-Founder or RealTeam3. Adam has a diverse background with over 20 years in the music industry and 14 years in the construction business. He’s been a licensed REALTOR® for 14 years and is one of the top producers at his company, F.C. Tucker, based out of Indianapolis. Adam runs a successful real estate team called Catron Property Group with his Identical Twin brother, Seth. Adam has a passion for giving back not only to his community but to his fellow REALTORS®. Adam has been a coach, team leader, new agent trainer, and leader in innovation for his company.
Seth Catron is the Head of Relations and Co-founder at RealTeam3. Seth has a diverse background with over 20 years in the music industry and 14 years in the construction business. Seth has also been a licensed auctioneer, as well as a licensed home inspector. Seth has been a top-producing REALTOR® for the last six years at the company F.C. Tucker. Seth has many passions, including axe throwing, flower farming, and all things outdoors, but is most passionate about helping realtors and brokerages innovate and provide a better environment for everyone involved.
Jane has been appraising single-family residences, condominiums, and one- to four-unit multifamily properties for 40 years. Throughout her career, Jane has provided accurate, reliable valuations for a wide range of purposes, including mortgage lending, estate planning and settlement, divorce settlements, gift tax reporting, tax basis determination, pre-listings, and other valuation needs. Her commitment to professionalism, integrity, and quality has earned the trust of clients who rely on her expertise and experience.
Michael began his career at Tucker Mortgage as a Loan Officer in the Noblesville Office in 2006. Two years later, he began covering the Meridian North Office, which he did until the end of 2020. From January of 2021 to December of 2023, he was the President of Operations for Tucker Mortgage.
In January of 2024, Tucker Mortgage became Howard Hanna Mortgage Services. Since January of 2024, he has been a Vice President of Sales for Howard Hanna Mortgage. he also originates loans and supports the F.C. Tucker Mooresville Office.
Michael grew up in Noblesville and graduated from Noblesville High School. He went to Indiana University in Bloomington and graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology. He taught physical education for a few years before beginning his career in the mortgage industry in 2001.
Michael and his wife, Stephanie, have 5 very active children. Stephanie is the Pre-School Director at Carmel United Methodist Church. They have a son who graduated from Ball State and is currently working at F.C. Tucker in the Relocation Department, a daughter who is in her 2nd year at the Butler University Pharmacy School, a son studying business in his 3rd year at the University of Cincinnati, a daughter that is a sophomore at Miami of Ohio studying education, and a son that is a Senior at Guerin Catholic High School. In his "free time", Michael enjoys spending time with family, playing with his dog, and working outside.

A proud 1991 graduate of Indiana University, David launched his mortgage career in March of 1993. To better serve his clients and understand every side of the transaction, he earned his real estate broker’s license in 1998. This dual perspective enables him to guide home buyers, real estate agents, and loan officers through complex lending decisions with confidence and clarity. Over his 30+ year career, David has established himself as a trusted leader known for streamlining the origination process and helping families across Indiana achieve homeownership.
Outside of the office, David is a proud father of three. When he isn't helping clients navigate the mortgage landscape, you can usually find him on the tennis court, playing a round of golf, or exploring underwater as an avid scuba diver.
Russ Ford is Vice President of Sales for Howard Hanna Mortgage Services, where he leads sales growth and business development across all of Ohio, as well as Michigan and Indiana. With decades of experience in the mortgage, financial services, and credit industries, Russ has played a key role in expanding Howard Hanna Mortgage Services' presence throughout the region, building high-performing sales teams and strengthening partnerships with real estate professionals.
Known for his collaborative leadership style and deep industry expertise, Russ is committed to helping loan officers succeed while delivering exceptional service to homebuyers. His leadership extends beyond Howard Hanna, having been elected to the Ohio Mortgage Bankers Association Board of Directors, where he represents lenders across the state and contributes to advancing the mortgage industry through advocacy and professional leadership.
Tracy first joined the Professional Services department at MIBOR in November 2013, moving up the ranks to her current role as Director of Professional Services in 2022. Tracy provides members and consumers problem resolution assistance as well as information on license law, the Code of Ethics and education. She is the staff liaison to the Professional Standards Committee, Boone County Division and Past Presidents Master Mind Council.
With over 25 years of experience, Tracy has spent the majority of her career in the real estate industry working at several brokerages prior to her 12-year tenure with MIBOR. Tracy loves to hike, read, attend concerts, listen to true crime podcasts and try new recipes. Tracy believes that working with and helping our members, leadership, internal culture, values, personal growth opportunities, and co-workers (that become friends) all make MIBOR a great place to work.
Laura Sallie is a seasoned real estate professional with 25 years of experience in professional standards, ethics administration, and professional standards association governance. She currently serves as Director of Professional Standards for the Indiana Association of REALTORS®, where she oversees the association's Professional Standards programs, including Ethics, Mediation, Arbitration, Ombudsmen, and Ethics Citation, serving both REALTOR® members and the public.
In addition to her statewide role, Laura has served as Professional Standards Administrator for LSN Consulting Service, LLC since 2009, providing outsourced professional standards administration for the Northwest Indiana REALTORS® Association. Her previous experience includes serving as Professional Standards Administrator for the Greater Northwest Indiana Association of REALTORS® and as Association Executive for the Logan County Board of REALTORS®.
Throughout her career, Laura has been certified multiple times by the National Association of REALTORS® as a Professional Standards Administrator. She is recognized for her expertise in ethics enforcement, dispute resolution, procedural compliance, and member support, helping ensure adherence to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and promoting professionalism across Indiana's real estate industry.
Gwen Bradley is the Vice President of Career Development for Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, where she leads recruiting, agent development, and strategic growth initiatives across the company's 15,000 agents and 18-state footprint. With more than 19 years of experience as an agent, branch manager, and executive leader, Gwen brings a unique perspective on talent acquisition, leadership development, and brokerage growth. She plays an active role in Howard Hanna's expansion efforts, partnering with leadership teams on recruiting strategy, market growth, and mergers and acquisitions integration. Known for her practical, people-first leadership style, Gwen's passion is for real estate agents to build sustainable, successful businesses.
Kreps joined F.C. Tucker Company in 1993, working out of the high-performing East Office and becoming its first female manager after just five years at the company. While at the East Office, she quickly achieved every sales award possible and doubled the number of sales associates at that office to more than 50 – the largest in the office’s history. She then joined the executive team in 1998, becoming Senior Vice President and Residential Division Manager for the East Office – the first female to achieve this leadership role within the company. She advanced to Director of Professional Coaching in 2005, General Sales Manager in 2006, Executive Vice President in 2008, President of the Residential Division in 2016, and, in 2021, became part-owner in F.C. Tucker Company when the company partnered with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. Her role today involves, among other things, day-to-day problem solving, coaching, and training. She is also active in her local church, running the women's ministry.
