The TalentBench module is designed to provide a holistic view of a client’s talent community and enable a Direct Source and redeployment strategy quickly and easily. The TalentBench highlights relevant worker data in a single, searchable dashboard.
The TalentBench allows members of a client’s contingent workforce management office and/or hiring managers to create a personalized TalentBench profile. In an open bench environment, hiring managers can pick their location, frequently used titles and skill sets and the platform TalentBench will automatically match hiring managers to workers seeking new opportunities. Users can create ‘Pools’ off frequently used skill sets, set alerts for new workers joining the community with frequently utilized skills and view fellow hiring manager ratings and worker performance reviews.
The TalentBench platform offers full CRM/ATS functionality. As an extension of the BP SAP Fieldglass VMS, the TalentNet platform provides full worker management and tracking capabilities such as worker notes, profile management, worker sharing and a full suite of applicant tracking by job. This functionality allows the DSSP or MSP team to utilize and have visibility into a series of steps that include, but are not limited to, workers that have been Matched/Invited, Applied, Shortlisted, Interviewed, Rejected and Submitted Via VMS.
Navigation and your user experience are broken into key 4 areas:
