Hello Parents!

This year we will be utilizing a website called Artsonia to display student artwork this year. Some of you might be familiar and others this might be new.

This site allows students & teacher to upload student artwork to their profile, write artist statement and create a portfolio that will follow them throughout their journey in school. Student work/artist statements are only visible to whoever you give permission. Artsonia calls this a fan club.

As a guardian of your student, you can create your student's own fan club. A fan club can be anyone you want (family, friends, etc.) Every time artwork is uploaded or updated your student's fan club will be notified via email!

Permission slips are being sent home this week. If you have any questions or need help I'm happy to help. Please contact me via email. When you have completed the permission slip please have your student return to school. They can bring it to art room or give to their homeroom teacher. I will collect them as we go.
