Whenever we have leftover rice and veggies in the fridge, I always make vegetarian versions of this korean dish. It goes together really easily, tastes amazing, is nutritious and perfect for meal prep.

I was so relived when I liked this dish. I made it after the winter workshop with lentils instead of minced meat and it tasted super good.

After the SRP, I made a lovely egyptian dish usally made in celebrations. It consists of a tangy tomatoe sauce, meat and rice topped with crispy pita bread.

I ordered this fried rice from a very old and well known resturant in Sur. It tasted amazing with all the side sauces and I'm pretty sure that Uncle roger upproves !

After we tried to look for Kayan's branch in Sur. We were really happy that we found int after many repeated turns. I ordered a shaken while my brother ordered a spanish latte.

In Sur, my dad prepared and BBQed chicken and prawns which tasted really nice with the tamrind sauce and basic salad and hummus.
