Garden to Table at Home during Level 4

At Garden to Table, children about the process of food from garden to table. All of our Year 3 - 6 children get the opportunity to participate in Garden to Table. This is an exciting ‘hands on’ programme where they learn to grow and harvest vegetables in our school garden. They also learn how to prepare food with their seasonal harvest and come together as a class to share these delicious meals. You can find out about Room 8's Garden to Table learning last term here. They can't wait until next term when it is their turn again!
Please come and join us in the fun at GTT. For our programme to run successfully we desperately need helpers in the garden & kitchen. And you will enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by our tamariki!
