Write a journal entry everyday into a book or on a document.
Start each journal entry with the date and the time.
Write at least 5 sentences minimum.
Things you can write about- who you are with, things you have done, what you have planned to do tomorrow/next week, what you have seen in the news, how your whanau feels, who you can connect with online (txt, call, game against, messenger, ect), who still goes to work.......
Sign off each journal entry with how you feel, what colour you are on the Mana Potential Wheel and what you are looking forward to when things get back to normal.
