Bear Crew Leaders are trained to work with the freshmen class entering Tahoma High School every fall. After training, Bear Crew Leaders run Freshman Orientation before school starts in September. After school starts, Bear Crew Leaders are assigned to Freshman Success classes to help them learn “The Tahoma Way,” mostly during Power Hour.
