ENTRY LEVEL HIGH SCHOOL ENSEMBLE
Target Level: Previous Experience as a percussionist, literate musician, or piano
Open Registration for 1st year in high school.Â
NEW: Percussionists wanting our entry level class are being asked to audition on ONE instrument only.Â
Target Level: Can play well 1 of the following three instruments:
Beg. Mallets, Beg. Timpani, Beg. Snare
If you would not like to audition for the Intermediate/Advanced Percussion Class, sign up for Concert Band where you will get the following:
*Play all of the main Concert Percussion
*Support on all percussion technique
*Hands-on with drumline instruments
*Music Theory and active engagement
INTERMEDIATE LEVEL ENSEMBLE
Target Level: Can play well 2 of the following three instruments:
Audition Required: To be accepted into the Intermediate Percussion Level you must complete, submit and pass an audition on any two of the following instruments of your choice:

Snare Drum
Use a Concert Snare w/ snares turned on
Note the entire 60 seconds is one transition from Open to Closed, then back to Open. You do not need to go back and forth multiple times.
Metronome may be auditable, but under your instrument volume.
