OnGlobe | Effective Date: June 19, 2026 

Introduction

By using OnGlobe, making use of the OnGlobe application and all its related features, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (the “Terms”). These Terms cover all present and future features provided by your OnGlobe application.

Please read these Terms carefully before using OnGlobe. By using OnGlobe, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. You may not use OnGlobe if you do not agree to these Terms. These Terms apply every time you use OnGlobe.

1. Use of OnGlobe

OnGlobe is available to users aged 4 and above. Users under the age of 13 must have obtained parental or legal guardian consent to purchase and use OnGlobe through the App Store.
We aim to facilitate the dreamers. The adventurers. The people who want to tag the world as they move through it.

Generally, for applications or services that are free, you are usually the product. With OnGlobe, once you purchase the application, it is freely yours to manage: privately and securely. The price point of OnGlobe directly reflects that policy. Your data is yours. OnGlobe cannot see it, access it, or share it.

OnGlobe is provided exclusively to individual peers. Each user is solely responsible for all actions performed through OnGlobe.

2. Authorized Use of OnGlobe

You agree not to use OnGlobe for any illegal or prohibited activities. Unauthorized activities include but are not limited to:

1. Adding illegal content, including but not limited to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content related to CSAM;

2. Infringing upon or violating the intellectual property rights or personality rights of OnGlobe or any third party.

Any use of OnGlobe found to involved the listed unauthorized activities may result in immediate suspension of access to OnGlobe in accordance with applicable law. OnGlobe may also take action against use of the application for illegal activities not listed above, particularly in response to orders from competent authorities informing of such illegal activity.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

OnGlobe is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, or non-infringement.

OnGlobe makes no warranty about the reliability of the application or the continued availability of any feature. As OnGlobe is a local application with no server component, OnGlobe has no obligation to store, back up, or recover any data stored within the application. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of any content you create within OnGlobe.

To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event will OnGlobe be responsible or liable to you or any third party for any indirect, special, exemplary, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising in any way in connection with your use of OnGlobe or these Terms, whether based in contract, strict liability, tort, statute, or otherwise, even if OnGlobe has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

To the extent not prohibited by law, the total liability of OnGlobe for any reason whatsoever arising out of or related to your use of OnGlobe shall not exceed the amount you paid for the application ($1.00 USD). This liability, If any, shall be complete and exclusive.

4. Indemnification

You agree that OnGlobe, its developer, officers, employees, agents, and third-party contractors (the “Indemnified Parties”) cannot be held responsible for any third-party claim, demand, or damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of OnGlobe. You agree to indemnify and hold the Indemnified Parties harmless from and against any third-party claims, demands, or damages arising out of your use of OnGlobe.

5. Privacy

OnGlobe’s Privacy Policy explains how OnGlobe handles and protects your data in relation to your use of the application. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to OnGlobe’s Privacy Policy. OnGlobe’s Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Terms of Payment

OnGlobe is available for a one-time purchase of $1.00 USD through the Apple App Store. This price point reflect’s OnGlobe’s commitment to making private, secure, local-first software accessible to everyone.

All purchases are processed by Apple Inc. and are subject to Apple’s payment terms and refund policies. OnGlobe does not process payments directly and does not have access to your payment information.

OnGlobe is a one-time purchase with no subscription and no recurring charges. Access to OnGlobe following a purchase is not time-limited.

7. Modification to These Terms

OnGlobe reserves the right to review and change these Terms at any time within the limits of applicable law. As long as you are using OnGlobe, you are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms. Continued use of OnGlobe after any update shall constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms. The latest Terms will apply going forward and to any dispute or issue arising after the Terms have been updated.

8. Dispute Resolution

OnGlobe encourages resolutions of any dispute through good faith communication first. If you have a concern or dispute regarding OnGlobe or these Terms, please contact OnGlobe at support@taggstudios.com. OnGlobe will make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days of receiving written notice.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. OnGlobe is developed and operated by an individual developer. To the extent local law applies, the consumer protection laws of your country of residence shall not be limited by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

If informal resolution is not achieved, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of OnGlobe shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction. Upon incorporation of a legal entity, these Terms will be updated to reflect the governing jurisdiction of that entity.

9. Miscellaneous

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights or your legal rights as a consumer under applicable law.

Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe, or describe the scope of any section.

OnGlobe’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and OnGlobe in connection with your use of the application, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and OnGlobe with respect to the application.

In case of discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
