Established in 2023, with over 15 years experience we provide Modern Cladding & Steel detailing solutions to the Construction & Engineering Sectors for Commercial, industrial and Domestic Projects.
All our detailing is carried out using modern 2D AutoCAD & 3D Tekla Structures software, producing DWG, PDF & IFC files to suit your needs.
We work closely with you our client, and if required can work directly with your Engineer and/or Client to ensure works are on schedule reducing any delays.
With our experience working directly with the supply chain we ensure the correct product is chosen and suits your clients specification.
Each project is delivered from start to finish and includes.
Full set of GA & Detail Drawings
Sheeters notes and sketches as applicable.
Comprehensive MTO’s & Flashing Schedules
Bespoke Schedules as required (ie. Mackridge Ventilation)
As Built Drawings
We can also provide a comprehensive Handover Specification so that drawings are correct first time round and remove the need for reworks.
Our staff are also trained in up to date Health & Safety Legislation with minimum CSCS Managers Cards and SMSTS training to ensure works are fit for current CDM Regulations.
