With the rapid growth of the company and the changes in website platforms, the current Team Portal, while functional and still utilized for banquet sign up, referral forms and some communication, it is not being maintained. I try and keep track of every move you make in the "Team Tracker". This is a view of the Score Card in the team tracker.
If your name is on the Leaderboard, then you are in the team tracker associated with some activity or event. If you are on the tracker and have "zero" accumulated points, that means your activity or event has not yet been scored.
Roster Tier Match column - Your current Team Tier level listed in the Team Tracker roster
Team Member Name - Your name as listed in the Team Tracker roster
Activity Credit - Although we aren't utilizing activity credits for tier advancement anymore the tracker is still set up to collect this information.
Dealer Points - Points awarded for dealer support and referral activities.
Other Points - Pretty much every other activity where you can earn points.
Accumulated Points - The number of points accumulated this team year.
PT Exchange - Any points you have converted to for purchases of product or Reveal data credit
Balance - Your current point balance (this is important if you are trying to earn a hunt! - minimum balance for hunt pkg is 1200 points)
You may need to scroll the Score Card to the right to see these next three columns
Reveal discount - If you see a number in the column, that means we are tracking an active tier level REVEAL data discount for you. (You must be at Silver Tier to kick in the 12-month data discount & Free XTRA add-on.)
TU Account - If you see "#N/A" in this column, that means you either don't have an LMS (training) account built (which means you probably haven't submitted an agreement....or the email on your TU account does not match that we have for you in the roster.
TU Complete - If you see "#N/A" in this column by your name, you have not completed the required training. A number indicates you have completed all the training. (There is a match query that looks for a match on your email in the Learning Mgt System (LMS) and the Team Tracker Roster)
Agreement - If you see "#N/A" in this column by your name, you have not completed the required training. A number indicates you have completed all the training. (There is a match query that looks for a match on your email in the Team Member Agreement and the Team Tracker Roster)
