Conference Fees
In-Person Conference Fees will be $350 per attendee. This includes
Full Conference Program with Coffee, Tea and water service
Online Access to Films and Conference Recordings through 7/15/22
Reception and opening ceremony (6/28/22)
Meals: Breakfast (3), Lunch (2), Dinner (2 Buffet style) and Banquet Dinner on Closing Night (6/30/22)
現場參與者的費用每人美金 $350。包括以下事項：

Room & Housing
Unlike previous conferences, we will NOT be assigning attendees to rooms due to ongoing concerns with COVID. Attendees will be responsible for arranging occupancy / sharing for their own hotel rooms.
We have negotiated a discounted rate with the hotel of $400 per room for the entire conference. Standard rooms include:
2 Queen Size beds, Accommodates up to 4 Attendees
Flat Screen TV
K-Cup Coffee / Tea Machine
Full Bath with tub and shower
Microwave Oven, Refrigerator & Freezer
WiFi internet access
A limited number of Accessible Rooms are available with are similar to above except:
1 King Size Bed, Accommodates up to 2 Attendees
Accessible Shower with Floor Drain, no bathtub
因為COVID 疫情的關係，今年大會將不代為大家安排室友。所有參與者，各自負責安排自己的酒店房間的入住/室友共享。
大會已與酒店協商了整個會議（3 晚 4 天）每間客房 $400 美元的優惠價。 標準客房包括：
兩張皇后床，最多可以睡4人
平板電視機
K-Cup 咖啡/ 茶機
帶浴缸和淋浴的浴室
有微波爐，冰箱和冰櫃
Wi-Fi 網路聯接
有限量的無障礙客房，其設置和以上的標準房類似除以下兩款不同：
只有一鋪國王床（ King Size Bed)，只睡兩人
無障礙淋浴間，無浴缸
