The Registration/Information Desk will be located in Gracia Commons, Level 3. It will be open Monday, February 6 from 5:00pm - 7:00pm and Tuesday, February 7 from 7:00am - 8:15am on Tuesday.

Enablement Breakout Sessions
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday will include several enablement breakout sessions designed to educate, engage, and help you put into practice the skills essential to selling Sysdig in FY24. Please come prepared to be an active participant!
You will need to set aside 3-4 hours for the prerequisite learning to get you ready for the class. The learning will be assigned to you on January 19th via our learning management system and must be completed by Friday, February 3, 2023.
Expenses
What are approved expenses?
Travel can be expensed when booked through approved TripActions parameters, using your personal credit card. If you choose to use a Liquid card (InBuilt company card within TripActions), then there is no need to submit expense report in Expensify. You will only need to submit an expense report if you used your personal credit card; follow the standard Expensify process to submit an expense report.
Ground transportation from home to airport, and airport to The Cosmopolitan.
Meals during travel to/from SKO on Monday, February 6th and Friday, February 10th can be expensed, following standard Sysdig Expense Guidelines.

Submitting Expenses:
When submitting your expense report through the Expensify system, make sure to indicate SKO as the activity for each expense line under the ‘Description’ field. Also, select ‘SKO/TKO’ as a category and Department - 300 (or your own sub-department if already in Sales) for any SKO related expenses while submitting expense reports in Expensify.
We encourage you to submit your expense reports as early as possible.

What IT support will be provided during SKO?

If your device was lost, stolen, confiscated, or otherwise tampered with while traveling please inform your local IT Support person immediately.
Adam Macy will be onsite for immediate support.

Should I have my laptop onsite at SKO?
Yes! Please bring your laptop to SKO.
Do I need to bring my device chargers?
Yes, please bring any phone or laptop chargers/adapters you may need. IT will only have a limited number of spares. This is especially important for any international attendees.
Can I get a laptop refresh at SKO?
No, IT will not be able to stock the various laptops required to offer a refresh at this event. Please open an IT ticket if you are due for a refresh.
Will there be charging stations?
We cannot guarantee that all locations will have areas to charge laptops. Please ensure to charge your laptop before heading into your sessions each day.
IT will have a limited number of chargers connected at the IT Support Desk for a quick charge if needed.
Do not leave your devices unattended or physically unsecured.
When possible, keep your devices nearby or secured with you. If you need to leave a device behind, secure them in a hotel room safe or use physical cable locks.
Doing work on the plane?
Use a privacy screen to prevent people from seeing your screen.
Do not pack your laptop in checked luggage. We strongly suggest placing it in a safe backpack or bag as your carry-on item.
Ensure not to forget the laptop from the security checkpoint.
Don't forget your adapter or any other items on the plane.
Who can attend SKO FY24?
The SKO event is invitation only. If you are invited to attend, you will receive an email inviting you to register and book your flight. For attendance questions please reach out to Sysdig-Sales-FY24-Kickoff@sysdig.com
When should I book my hotel?
SKO FY24 attendees must NOT book their own hotel. Based on the flight information you booked through TripActions, your hotel room will be reserved on your behalf. Any hotel rooms booked on your own will NOT be reimbursed. All SKO FY24 attendees will have a hotel room booked on their behalf at The Cosmopolitan, Las Vegas. By the end of January, you should have received your hotel confirmation through your Sysdig email coming from The Cosmopolitan. Please reach out to leah@pcexperiences.com if you have not received an email confirmation.
If my stay at the Cosmopolitan extends the SKO dates, can I keep my room, and what is the rate?
Please contact Leah Fri and she will provide guidance based on hotel availability. Room rate and availability are subject to change until the time of booking. Please keep in mind that any cost associated with additional room nights outside of SKO dates will be your own responsibility and cannot be expensed.
Can I bring my family?
SKO is an Employee Only event. SKO is an all-consuming event that starts early and ends late. The collaboration and camaraderie with your fellow Sysdiggers are critical components to the success of the event. While we will not expressly forbid non-Sysdig employees from staying in your room with you during SKO, it is highly discouraged.
Do I need a visa?
If you are traveling from outside the US, please ensure you have a valid passport and an active visa or ESTA. Refer to the usa.gov website for passport requirements.
Please visit the Visitor Visa page to access instructions on applying for a US B-1 visa.
If you qualify for an ESTA, you will not need to apply for a US B-1 visa.

How do I book my travel?
All travel MUST be booked through TripActions. Book your travel using this link to TripActions! We encourage you to log into your TripActions account through your Sysdig Okta account. People should arrive on Monday, February 6th and depart on Friday, February 10th. If you choose to arrive prior to February 6th or depart after February 10th, your accommodations are your own responsibility.
Can I arrive before February 6th, or depart after February 10th?
Yes, you may arrive or depart beyond these specific dates, however, any associated expenses will be your own responsibility and are not eligible for reimbursement. Please contact Sarah Bemish or Kristina Bullock, so they can update your SKO TripActions Profile to accommodate your adjusted arrival and departure dates.
Can I book my airfare outside of TripActions if I prefer?
Flights booked outside of TripActions will not be eligible for reimbursement. See your TripActions account for all travel parameters.
What is a Liquid Card? Can I use my personal credit card?
A Liquid Card allows you to book and expense travel automatically through Sysdig. Please note this is optional - if you prefer to use your personal card for booking your flight, you have the ability to do so. Please contact Sarah Bemish or Kristina Bullock, so they can update your SKO TripActions Profile to accommodate this.
What if I need to make changes to my travel itinerary after booking?
No problem! Simply log into your account and adjust your itinerary with just a few clicks or contact a live support agent for assistance. We encourage you to download the TripActions mobile app for seamless support no matter where you are.

Should I have received an invitation to SKO FY24?
If you are expected to attend SKO, you should have received a registration email. If you did not receive an invitation and you believe this was in error, please reach out to Sysdig-Sales-FY24-Kickoff@sysdig.com.
Do I need to attend?
This will be run as an in-person event. If you're unable to attend some or all of the days of the agenda, please inform your manager for guidance. You will receive a registration email if you are invited to attend SKO FY24.
COVID-19 and Vaccination Policy
Please be aware that unvaccinated individuals are allowed to attend the event. Masks are not required to attend and are optional for attendees. We "trust in the team" and know you will do everything in your power to support a safe and welcoming environment.
Note that vaccination status and country travel requirements may require proof of vaccination. Please refer to current CDC guidelines for more information related to entry and exit requirements when traveling internationally.
