STEM Night 2025
STEM night was hosted in the Trinity gym on Tuesday, January 28. Families explored ten different STEM stations to learn about different areas of science and practice some engineering skills. Each station was led by STEM club members. Some popular stations were Fizzing Snow, Snap Circuits, and Cup Stacking Challenges. Thank you to all of the students, faculty, and families for making this a memorable event.
Special Guest
Mechanical Engineer and Trinity parent Lindsay Koscielniak visited our STEM class on October 2. She taught the first grade class about buoyancy, density, and displacement. Thank you for a fun and engaging lesson Mrs. Koscielniak!
Inflatable Planetarium Visit
Students in grades K-6 enjoyed a visit from the OCM Boces inflatable planetarium on April 15, 2024. Students learned about the day and night cycle, phases of the moon, and eclipses. Students also learned about our solar system and stars. Our instructor, Mr. John, was very impressed with the students at Trinity!
2024 Science Buddies Engineering Challenge
Students in grades 4-6 participated in the 2024 Science Buddies Engineering Challenge. This year's challenge was to build a rubber band powered car. Students earned a score based on the number of centimeters their car could travel. This contest really tested students' engineering skills. STEM Night 2024
We had a wonderful crowd for STEM night on Thursday, Feb. 1 in the gym. Students and families explored nine different STEM stations. Each station was led by a 5th or 6th grade STEM club member. Families could also see some class projects and photo displays.
