Science

We really enjoyed our expanding ghost experiment.  We observed how the "Ghost Powder" and the "Magic Juice" combined to make bubbles, which created a gas to inflate the ghost balloon.  They were very impressed.

Welcome to Our Bat Cave.  The kids practiced being nocturnal.  When the lights came on they went into their caves with the rest of the bat colony and went to sleep. When the lights went out, they got back to work.

We learned about the various parts of a turkey then used materials to create our own.  We learned that turkeys have a beak, eyes, a wattle, feet, and feathers.

After reading The Little Red Hen we tried our own hand at making bread and did a pretty good job too!

Will the Wind Move it?

The kids chose an object and we tested them using a fan.  The kids then sorted their items into Yes or No bins.

Making Predictions
