Here’s a quick guide to our registration process:
Child Registration Requirements
To ensure the safety, health, and proper supervision of all children participating in the program, parents are required to submit certain documents and information during the registration process. These requirements help the childcare staff properly identify the child, respond to emergencies if needed, and provide appropriate care.
Parents must submit the following during registration:
Completed Child Registration Form *to be filled out during an interview with the Program Administrator
Copy of the Child’s PSA Birth Certificate
Authorized Guardian Pick-Up List (Maximum of 3) *and soft copy of 1x1 picture
All submitted information must be accurate and up to date.
Parents must notify the program administrator of any changes to the child’s health, contact details, or guardianship information.
Each child attending the childcare center must have a personal childcare kit to support hygiene, comfort, and personal care throughout the day.
This ensures that children have individual supplies available whenever needed, while also promoting cleanliness and health within the center.
Parents are required to prepare a personal childcare kit for their child which may include:
Personal hand sanitizer
Toothbrush and Toothpaste
Face masks (if necessary)
Baby wipes or cleaning wipes
Small towel or face towel
Extra set of clothes & Hair Tie and Hair Brush/Comb
The childcare center will not administer any medication to children. Parents or guardians are responsible for informing the center of any medication needs and ensuring proper administration. Childcare staff may only provide reminders to parents/guardians for children to take their medication.
Parents are also responsible for regularly replenishing their child’s personal childcare kit as needed to ensure that supplies remain available throughout the day.
REGISTRATION PER EMPLOYEE
To ensure fair access to the childcare program while maintaining manageable supervision levels, the number of children that may be registered under each employee is limited.
At present, each employee may register a maximum of two (2) children under their name.
This limitation is implemented because the program is currently operating with limited staffing and space capacity.
The company reserves the right to review and revise this policy as the program expands in the future.
PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY
Participation in the Little Synergy Childcare Center is intended to support employees while ensuring that the program remains safe, secure, and manageable for both the children and the workplace environment. The eligibility requirements are therefore established to clearly define who may participate in the program and to ensure that childcare operations do not interfere with regular office activities.
The program is designed to operate in a way that prioritizes the safety and security of the children and childcare staff, while also ensuring that the presence of the childcare center does not cause disruption to the company’s daily business operations.
The program is available to:
Active employees of the company
Employees who have completed the required registration process
Employees who have submitted all required documentation
Employees who have settled all applicable program fees
These eligibility guidelines help ensure that the childcare center operates in a secure, controlled, and well-managed environment that supports both the children and the workplace community.
To ensure that childcare supervision and activities are appropriate for the developmental stage of the children attending the center, the program accepts children within a specific age range.
The Little Synergy Childcare Center currently accepts children within the following educational or developmental stages:
Junior Kindergarten
Senior Kindergarten
Preparatory Level
Junior Elementary Level
Children must be at least three (3) years old at the time of enrollment.
This age requirement ensures that children are able to participate in group activities safely and adapt comfortably to a supervised daycare environment.
DAILY CHILDCARE COVERAGE
The childcare program is designed to provide temporary daytime care while employees are working. To maintain fairness and manage capacity, a daily time limit is applied.
Each daycare visit allows a maximum of eight (8) hours of childcare per day. (No minimum hours/duration in the center.)
This timeframe is intended to cover standard working hours.
Parents are expected to pick up their child within the scheduled daycare period.
Because the childcare center is currently supported by one designated childcare staff member, the program will operate under a structured schedule to ensure the safety and supervision of all children.
The childcare center will operate on scheduled daycare hours.
Parents may be required to coordinate daycare days in advance.
The center may implement daily capacity limits depending on the number of children present.
Any schedule updates will be communicated to participating employees.
PROGRAM FEES
To support the basic operational costs of the childcare center, a minimal program fee is collected from participating employees. These fees help cover utilities, maintenance of the daycare space, and basic operational expenses.
A one-time registration fee of Php 500.00 per child is required upon enrollment.
This fee covers:
Basic utilities used by the childcare space
Maintenance and cleaning of the center
Basic operational support and staffing
Employees must also pay Php 270.00 for twelve (12) daycare days *fixed. This package provides flexible, consumable daycare days that can be used anytime within the two-month validity period.
The program will not accept cash, payments will be deducted to the employee’s pay on that cycle.
These daycare days function as consumable daycare credits.
The 12 daycare days may be used anytime the employee drops off their child at the center.
The daycare credits must be consumed within two (2) months from the date of acquisition.
Unused credits will expire after the validity period.
Additional daycare credits will be purchased when re-enrolling for another 12 daycare days.
