SEAN DUNCAN - MC

Sean M. Duncan, CPA is the president of SMD Consulting & Accounting and founder of Chief Proactive Advisors, LLC. built his reputation as a thought leader in the accounting industry by focusing on advising, teaching, and helping clients with proactive strategy and planning.

bill wallace

Bill Wallace often says his greatest skill is “putting together the right people, for the right reasons, at the right time.” He is the Founder of Success North Dallas, one of the most successful networking organizations in the city—and he has a Rolodex that would put the U.S. government to shame. 

Over the past 35 years, Success North Dallas has hosted the best of the best in regional, national and international speakers, and its members have started 108 companies, 82 authors have published over 170 books, and created or founded over 1,300 jobs.

Bill is also a bestselling author, speaker, Certified Professional Coach, and Chairman and CEO of The Wallace Companies, a consulting firm specializing in capital development and executive management strategies.

He is a founding member of C-Suite Network Advisors and served on the board of the National Speaker’s Association of North Texas, and the Board of Governors of Northwood University, which awarded him an Honorary Doctor of Laws degree in 2016, for his work in education, mentorship, and business excellence.

Bill understands the value of relationships building stronger personal and professional networks, not just to further our own careers, but also to help others, through a concept called Netweaving. Brad kaufman

Brad Kaufman developed a wealth of leadership and operational experience as a career law enforcement officer and senior leader with over 33 years of experience in management and tactical K9 operations.

Brad mastered how to negotiate at gun-point with positive results for him and his team mates as a Dallas police officer, SWAT  member, and a federal agent.

Those same negotiation skills and command-presence allow Brad to now have impactful conversations with business owners who are looking for exit strategies, continuity of operations planning and strategies to provide wealth.


After retiring from the federal government, he worked for a local M&A firm learning the basics of business transactions. Fast forward four years and Brad saw the opportunity to create Bravo Kilo Advisors, surrounding himself with some of the sharpest minds in the business consulting and advisory spectrum.


He is involved with Make-A-Wish and The Akron Children’s Hospital Burn Center in Ohio, where Brad and an associate have sponsored a yearly fundraising motocross event since 1999.Brad and his wife, 2 children and grand daughter love spending personal time together and they attend Hope Fellowship Church in Frisco. 

Mark neace

Mark is a native Texan who returned to the Dallas area in 2003 to settle in with his growing family. His passions include Scouting, Rotary, golf and sustainability. 

He's served in Scouting since 2011 at the Unit, District, and Council level, and is most proud of his Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor son. A member of the Rotary Club of Park Cities since 2014, Mark is a Paul Harris Fellow, Board Member, and the Public Image Team Leader for Rotary District 5810.

Also known as "The Caddie Daddy", Mark has "been on the bag" in LPGA, PGA, USGA, US Open tournaments and Pro-Am events, even once with President George W. Bush. 

Mark started telling visual stories in 1990, starting his own business in 2008. His experience includes commercial, broadcast, feature film, corporate film, live webcast, live music, and online content. 

SyncLab Media is a leading video marketing and consulting firm. SyncLab creates video marketing strategies and content so that brands can increase awareness, engagement, and revenues. Mark is also available to speak to groups on media literacy, brand strategy, video marketing, and industry trends.

Jeff mckissack

Jeff McKissack is President of Defense By Design in Dallas.  For over 35 years he has been speaking on the areas of physical, data and reputational risks.  This has made Jeff a sought-after national and now even international speaker on this topic for a myriad of professions and industries.  

He regularly speaks at conferences and conventions as well as providing continuing education events to the legal, financial, medical, educational, ministerial, human resource, risk management, real estate, insurance, and event professions.  

Jeff also provides employee training events as well as client value-add events.  Locally he has been seen on our FOX, ABC, CBS, NBC and CW affiliates as well as working with the same around the country, again related to those three core areas of interest and risks.

John Lymberopoulos

Harryson & Peters was founded by John Lymberopoulos, who has over 2 decades of experience following his creative passions, honing his skills and craft in custom clothing.  

John’s background includes being a founding partner for a national custom brand, general manager for custom clothing boutiques, and retail director with luxury Italian fashion house Canali.  It was during his tenure at Canali that he earned his distinction as a Master Clothier.  Using an educational approach and focusing on the details, John provides clients an understanding on the value of investing in a custom wardrobe.

As founder of the company named for his two sons, John is well known for his classically elegant, yet edgy sense of style.



JAY MAYMI

There is an advantage to growing up in a humble setting with meager means. The reality of your circumstances can either pummel you into mediocrity or extract from you a burning desire to excel and rise above. Jay Maymi’s story is one of the latter.

Dr. Andrew A. Oteo 

While studying Health and Exercise Science at the University of Oklahoma, Dr. Andrew A. Oteo had a series of sports related injuries that sparked his interest in finding the most successful ways to treat and prevent pain and injuries without the use of drugs or surgery.

These life experiences led him to graduate school at Parker University, where he began pursuing his passion in life: helping people to reach their full God-given health & performance potential through natural healthcare.

Dr. Oteo’s background as a chiropractor has given him a unique perspective of current conventional approaches centered around health restoration and maintenance while future pacing innovative techniques on the horizon.

Through the Texas Chiropractic Association and the Patriot Project, Dr. Oteo also volunteers his time and talents in developing programs for legislative action to ensure ease of public access to chiropractic services.

Additionally, Dr. Oteo provides chiropractic care to active-duty soldiers, veterans injured in service, and gold star-dependent families through his 501(c)(3).

Jeff savage 

Jeff's early experiences working in the Film and Music industries in Hollywood prepared him for a life as a Professional Voice Actor, providing his voice to clients worldwide.  Further opportunities developed as the Talent Director at SyncLab Media in Dallas, TX, and the host of TAKE 2, a talk show highlighting the real lives of working actors.  Jeff enjoys being a part of the acting community and finding ways to be of value to others.


Health and Fitness is a major key to Jeff's success, traveling around the world to push himself past his own self-perceived limitations competing in marathons OCR events.  These experiences led to his first solo book "Savage Resilience: Conquer Adversity and Be Your Own Hero".  Jeff also co-authored The Musical Imprint, and both books became #1 Bestsellers on Amazon.
