8:00 a.m. Band and Orchestra Report Time/School Start Time
9:30 a.m. Begin loading bus
10:00 a.m. Depart from Savage
12:00 p.m. Lunch Stop in Fresno (need own money) (Jensen Ave. Exit)
5:30 p.m. Dinner TBA (fast-food stop Southern California)
7:00 p.m. Arrive at Clarion Hotel/Check-In
8:00 p.m. Walk/Tram to Free Time in Downtown Disney
10:00 p.m. Tram/Walk back to Hotel from Downtown Disney
10:30 p.m. In Rooms/Snacks Begin

11:30 a.m. Orchestra w/ Mrs. Friedmann @ Stage 12/RedTruck

2:00 p.m. Free-time in California Adventure (Orchestra back in the park)
4:00 p.m. Roll @ CA Adventure Flagpole/Everyone moves to Disneyland!!!
8:00 p.m. Check in at First Aid Station
11:15 p.m. Take roll at the Disney Fire Station (End of Main Street)
11:30 a.m. Walk to trams to Toy Story Parking Lot
11:45 p.m. Take roll at the Toy Story Parking Lot Tram Station
12:00 a.m. Walk back to Hotel (In Rooms/Snacks begin)
12:30 a.m. Lights Out

-All payments are to be made at the student snack bar or online.
-Payments may be made in Cash, or Check at the Student Store/Snackbar.

Disneyland Chaperone Confirmation and Price Sheet
Thank you for your interest in chaperoning our 2026 Disneyland Trip. As a chaperone your trip is a-la-carte, and you may choose as much or as little as you wish. Please check off items of the trip you want, as well as how many tickets you need.
________ YES, I want to be a chaperone. (The primary chaperone duty for the Disney trip is monitoring the hotel hallways at night. Chaperones sign up for 1 hour shifts throughout the night.) All chaperones must complete the Sylvan District Level 3 volunteer training. The link to the District Website with the application information is found on the Savage Middle School Music Website under the “Trips” page.
