9:30 a.m. Begin loading bus

10:00 a.m. Depart from Savage

12:00 p.m. Lunch Stop in Fresno (need own money) (Jensen Ave. Exit)

6:00 p.m. Dinner TBA (fast-food stop Southern California)

7:00 p.m. Free Time at Downtown Disney

8:30 p.m. Load bus, depart for Clarion Hotel Maingate

8:45 p.m. Arrive at Clarion Hotel/Check-In

9:30 p.m. In Rooms/Snacks Begin

10:00 p.m. Lights Out

Disneyland Chaperone Confirmation and Price Sheet


Thank you for your interest in chaperoning our 2025 Disneyland Trip.  As a chaperone your trip is a-la-carte, and you may choose as much or as little as you wish.  Please check off items of the trip you want, as well as how many tickets you need.


________ YES, I want to be a chaperone.  (The primary chaperone duty for the Disney trip is monitoring the hotel hallways at night.  Chaperones sign up for 1 hour shifts throughout the night.) All chaperones must complete the Sylvan District Level 3 volunteer training.  The link to the District Website with the application information is found on the Savage Middle School Music Website under the “Trips” page.
