Healthy students learn better. Student health and safety is important to Sylvan Union School District. The various tabs and links are available for your child's specific health needs. All district health forms are located in the “Forms” tab for you to print out and have providers complete. The Credentialed School Nurse contact information is available under "Meet The Team". Contact them if you have specific needs or questions regarding your child.
