Council Games built the the "Oracle" game as a non-commercial game and all content provided by the Game/Service is free of charge.
All assets used in game were created from scratch "in-house" and were not ripped from any other game-titles or media.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
Overview:
Currently as of the latest release, the game is single-player only. Save-Game progress and user rank data(XP) is currently the only data recorded in any form.
This Data is saved to the device internally and is not transmitted, collected or retained by Council Games (the developer).
If you choose to use our Game/Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information described below in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that the developer collects is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Game/Service, we will record certain information provided to us by you, including but not limited to XP, Completed Levels, and Last played level.
This information is non-identifiable data and does NOT include information such as user/personal name data.
While not saved, the username of the currently logged in user is shown in the UI. This name is not saved as part of the local save file.
The game may also use third party services provided by Meta/Oculus that may collect information used to identify you.

User Self-Information deletion/ Information captured by the software.
As described above, Local-saves are the only data stored when using the service/game (Excluding information covered under Meta's own privacy policy). This save data is stored on the VR Headset's internal storage. No Data is collected by The Council games (Developers).
In order to delete this local saved data, the user simply needs to uninstall the game. This will remove the save-file.
Information recorded in the save file:
- XP
- Last played map/level
- Levels that have been completed by the user.
To clarify, The user's user-name is not recorded in the save-file!
Due to this fact, the user's save file would not be considered identifiable personal data.
Health and Safety
Due to its virtual-reality nature, the VR Gaming can be physically challenging. Please consider your state of health before you start playing. If you have any doubts, consult a physician. Take breaks regularly. Be careful and mindful of your environment when using VR. Always make sure there is enough space for you to play safely and that there are no obstacles or dangerous objects around you.
If you are a minor (below the legal age of majority in your country), please have the health and safety concerns checked by your parent or another responsible adult person before you start to play the game.
Please note that you bear responsibility for your actions while you playing the game. We don’t take responsibility for any injury or damage caused by your actions while playing the game or using VR.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, save the game, experience a game crash, view, access or save to leaderboards or otherwise use the game, data may be logged and sent across the internet in order to accomplish these tasks.
Local Save games
Local save games are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are used to as a temporary store your character and game progress are stored on your device's internal memory.
Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies (Meta/Oculus) and individuals due to the following reasons:
To facilitate our Service;
To provide the Service on our behalf;
To perform Service-related services;
Leaderboards Multiplayer;
To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
We want to inform users of this Service that these third parties may have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
