Spelling Tasks

1. Segment all words in sound boxes, circling the focus sound. 

2. Check your answers and correct any mistakes

3. Create a 'my spelling words' page at the back of your English book. Write down incorrect words and their correct spelling. E.g. belive --> believe. Underline the area you made a mistake. Is there a rule to help you remember?

4. Choose 2-3 words from the spelling list and write a sentence that shows the meaning.
