Digital citizenship develops an understanding of the etiquette behind using a Chromebook (and any other connected device) online as a tool as well as keeping themselves safe online.
Our student's safety online is paramount and combined with the vigilance of the classroom teacher as well as parents, Sydney Catholic Schools have a variety of practices that ensuer the online safety of the students whilst at school.
These include:

Market leading internet security solution that scans incoming and outgoing data in real-time to protect devices from malware;
Forcing Google safesearch and safe browsing; and
Using firewalls to block specific internet traffic to and from schools.
