Summer Training Guide

The summer leading up to the fall season is a critical time for middle school runners to grow comfortable with distance running and build a foundation for future success. Below is a general Summer Training Guide that you may find helpful! However, this is not a one-size-fits-all model, as you can adjust it based on your previous running experience.
