The Professional Learning Plan is an action research project that is based upon data to improve student achievement in your classroom.
The plan should be data driven and be supported by data sources.
You should use a variety of research in your action plan to support student achievement.
Data will be collected throughout the plan to demonstrate student growth.
Participants will reflect often throughout the plan and make necessary changes as the plan is being implemented.

Participants will increase both academic and soft skills of students through plan implementation.
Participants will share their plan with others in either electronic or personal presentations.
Collaboration is an essential component for achievement. When we work together we grow!
You may work individually or in groups on this student action plan.
Can be an independent plan that incorporates collaboration with others outside of the District.
Can be a group plan across the district.
Can be a group plan within a school.
All participants will individually submit a completed plan by June 2021.
Plans will be uploaded into google classroom with data and artifacts by June 2021.
Participants will meet with administrators at least 3 times during the year to reflect on the plan implementation.
In order to ensure effective change is happening in the classroom, we will utilize the six core principles of improvement in your student action plan.
Make the work problem-specific and user-centered.
Variation in performance is the core problem to address.
See the system that produces the current outcomes.
We cannot improve at scale what we cannot measure.
Anchor improvement in disciplined inquiry (e.g., Plan, Do, Study, Act process).
Accelerate improvement through networked communities.
