District Calendar

June 2024: Per NJDOE, Pre Participation Physical requirements have been updated. A student must still have a PPE completed, but kept on file at their physician's office. The form that must be completed by physician and turned into school is the PPE Medical Eligibility Form. The Sudden Cardiac Death, Opioid Use, and Concussion Sign off must also be turned into the nurse.
