Beginning of the Year Reminders: 

• Please be sure your child is wearing their name tag for the first day. They will wear this for the first two weeks of school. 

• The first day of school is a full day. We have snack each day, so please be sure to send in a snack for your child. This snack must be nut free! For lunch, you can find the lunch menu on the district website if your child will be buying. 

• Sometime during the first week, please send in a complete change of clothes for your child that we can keep in school. If possible, please put their clothes in a bag with their name on it. 

• Students will be receiving a blue communication folder on the first day with many important papers inside. Please be sure to check the blue folder daily and fill out/return any necessary paperwork. The blue folder will go to and from school daily.

• We use ClassDojo to share the fun things we are doing in first grade! Information about how to sign up will come home on the first day in the blue folder.

• At the end of each week, I send out a weekly email to let you know of any important dates coming up, any important information, and what we will be working on in school the following week!
