Training and Professional Development

We deliver platform-specific training for every system in our integration and consulting portfolio - Blackbaud, Veracross, Sage, Canvas, Schoology, Google Classroom, and Toddle - as well as broader training in the operational workflows, automation tools, and data management practices that surround them.

Training is conducted on-site at your facility or virtually, scheduled to your operational calendar rather than ours. We build custom training packages calibrated to the actual roles and daily tasks of the staff being trained - not generic vendor curriculum repurposed across every client. A registrar learning Veracross receives a fundamentally different engagement than an advancement officer learning Blackbaud or a division head learning to interpret cross-platform reporting dashboards. Each package is scoped to the participant's functional reality.

Custom packages are available at every scale: single-session intensives for a new platform rollout, multi-week onboarding sequences for staff transitioning between systems, recurring quarterly sessions for ongoing skill development, and on-demand workshops timed to specific operational cycles such as enrollment season, annual fund campaigns, or accreditation reporting. We also provide train-the-trainer programs for institutions that want to build internal capacity and reduce long-term dependency on external support.

All training is grounded in process, not just software navigation. Participants leave not only knowing how to operate their platform but understanding why their workflows are structured as they are, how their inputs affect downstream data integrity, and where the automation boundaries lie between what the system handles and what still requires human judgment.
