Please review the plan and acquaint yourself with the nearest fire exit. In the unlikely event of a fire or other emergency, please proceed as follow:
In case the fire alarm is activated, immediately exit the building through the nearest stairways and proceed to the assembly point.
Stay calm, do not run and do not use the elevator
In case you witness smoke, immediately report to our hotel staff or call Front Desk.
Follow instruction of our hotel staff or exit the building as instructed. Do not attempt to investigate
In case of fire, activate the nearest fire alarm and immediately exit the building through the nearest stairways in proceed to assembly point. Stay calm, do not run and do not use the elevator.
Check for door handle and door frame prior to opening. If door handle is hot, quickly proceeding to another exit route. If your path to stairway is blocked, quickly proceed to the other stairways s located in your floor map by the door. There are two emergency stairways in this building, get to know them and acquaint you to floor map.
In case of heavy smoke, get low or crawl, cover your nose and mouth and try to breath normally while exiting the building.
Should you need to use a fire extinguisher, there are several portable fire extinguishers placed in every floor as located on the map. Release the safety pin, point, and discharge.
Use fire extinguisher only to put away a small source of fire to prevent spreading, or to open your path when you are trying to exit the building.
If you are trapped inside room, place wet towel under the door, Call Front Desk or Front Office to locate your position. Or try to attract attention people from outside and wait for rescue.
Surakarta is prone to earthquake, if an earthquake should occur, hotel guest should:
Get down on the floor, duck, stay low. Go under a solid piece of table, or stay in and open doorway, or get on the floor against the wall or corner.
Stay away from mirror, window, tall objects, and hanging objects.
If an earthquake occurs when you are in bed, roll over and drop to the side of your bed. Cover yourself with blanket or pillow.
Stay low, cover your head with your arm, and stay calm. Earthquakes commonly occur for few seconds for a few times before it really ends. The gap between shocks to the next aftershocks can be seconds to minutes.
After it ends, exit the building through the nearest stairways and proceed to an open area.
Do not run and do not use the elevator. Be very careful of electrical wire, leak gas pipe, steel structure or any objects that might fall over during the shock.
In case of small earthquake, guests are still required to exit the building through stairways. Once you are in assembly point, follow instruction of our hotel staff. Guests are not allowed to enter the building until it is proclaimed safe by our safety personnel.
If you are outside the building when earthquake occur:
- Stay in an open area and stay away from tall objects such as electrical pole, trees, buildings, and light pole.
- Do not enter hotel or any houses or building
If you are trapped after an earthquake:
- Do not light up matches.
- Do not move abruptly as you might kick off dust and it will be heavier to breath and possibility of suffocation.
- Wait for the rescue team to come. In order for the rescue team able to locate your position, try to create some noise by tapping pipe, steel
or anything that can attract attention.
- Yell only as your last resort because it will rapidly drain your energy.
In any type of emergency, despite the fact that survival is determined by many factors, people have better chance to survive when they are prepared, trained, and able to stay calm when the action take place Safety department show that accident and injuries occur when people are panic and running around uncontrollably, not because of the event itself.
Have knowledge for every emergency and know your evacuation plan.
1. For the safety and comfort of all guests, the following is not permitted in this hotel:
- Use of electrical appliances on the room other than provided or accepted by the Hotel.
- Smoking in bed or anywhere else where the likelihood of fire is high
- Bringing in pets
- Possession of easily inflammable material, such as firearms, explosives, and gasoline.
- Disturbances annoying other guests.
- Using the lobby as a showroom.
- Distribution of advertising materials in the property.
- Bringing in any food items bought from outside.
- Using guest rooms for purpose other than lodging
2. An unclaimed article will be kept for period of six months, after which it will be disposed of in accordance with local laws.
3. We respectfully ask that you refrain from:
- Using equipment and fixtures issued by the Hotel for purposes other than their intended use
- Removing hotel fixtures or equipment from the premises.
- Attempting to reposition or transform hotel equipment or fixtures
4. Money and other valuables should be stored in the in-room personal or Front Office safe deposit box. The Hotel doesn’t assume responsibility
for the theft or loss of any unchecked items.
5. Guests are reminded that they are not permitted to leave their rooms wearing inappropriate attire, such as pajamas and slippers.
Accommodation contract and related contracts to be considered by this hotel shall be in accordance with the following provisions. Particulars not covered in these provisions shall be considered in accordance with the local laws and customary practices of the land.
When reservations are made with credit cards, The Hotel will follow the agreements detailed in the existing contract between The Hotel and The Credit Card Company.
Notwithstanding, The Hotel may consider special arrangements. Such arrangements will not run contrary to the spirit of these provisions, local laws or customary practices of the land.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation under the following circumstances:
When The Hotel is fully booked or no rooms are available
2. When it is highly considered that the prospective guest may engage
in an activity which comes in conflict with local laws concerning
lodging, or the public order, or local customary practices.
3. When the person requesting accommodation proves to be with a
highly contagious disease.
4. When the would-be guest intends to bring in pets or highly
inflammable substances.
5. In case of natural disaster, renovation, or any other circumstances
under which provision of accommodation is extremely difficult.
6. When the application for accommodation runs afoul of the
regulations stipulated in the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
7. When it considered that the prospective guests are currently highly
recognizes public figure publicized in media for scandal or sensitive
issue that may cause disturbance to other guests.

10. Returning Guest whose been put under Hotel Management’s “blacklist” due to their past history involving outstanding bills, harassment, assault, aggressive behavior, property damage, or disorderly conduct, in any of PT Solo Regency Hotel properties.

The Hotel will guarantee reservations only when a deposit for accommodation is made. Reservation made with a credit card will receive the same consideration as a cash deposit.
Reservation deposits can be utilized toward payment when cancellation of reservation occurs as stated in Article 7. Any remaining balance will be completely refunded. When reservations are guaranteed by a credit card, accommodation payment is in accordance with Article 4.
When reservation is made by credit cards and cancelled, the individual will be informed of the reservation number, date, name, and amount of balance.
When reservation is wholly or partially cancelled, The Hotel reserves the right to request payment for the breach of agreement as follows:
Individual Guest
Cancellation made up to two days before expected arrival date. No cancellation fees
Cancellation one day prior to expected arrival date: 50% of the first day’s room charge
Cancellation at the same day of expected arrival or no showing: 100% of the first day’s room charge and room cancellation is automatically conducted.
2. When the reservation has been cancelled, should the guest be able
to show that failure to show up was due to delay or non-arrival of a
public conveyance, cancellation charges will not be required.
3. Reservation purchased through third party dealer is not refundable
or transferable. Any dispute that may occur will be finalized by the
respective dealer.
4. Cancellation fee is 100% applied during high-season and public
holidays.
The Hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations under the following conditions:
When one of the conditions in Article 2 prevails.
2. When the submitted specifics in Article 3 have turned out to be false.
Guests are required to provide the Front Desk with specific information listed in Article 3 upon arrival at The Hotel.
Payment for accommodation shall be made at the Front Desk at the time of check-in

choose not to use The Hotel facilities.
During check-in at The Front Desk, guests will receive their room keys which are required to be returned at the time of departure.
Any lost room key should be reported to the Front Desk
Rejection of continued occupancy will apply to the following instances:
Non-compliances with Clauses 3-7 of Article.
Disobedience of The Hotel regulations.
Non-compliance with Clause 2 of Article 7.
The Hotel takes full responsibility of accommodation from the time of check-in until check-out.

The Operational hours of the facilities of this hotel are publicized by each governing department and are subject to change on short notice
1. Maximum occupancy of a room is two persons.
2. An extra bed must be purchased for a third guest above 12 years of
age. A maximum of one extra guest for every room. Extra beds are
based on availability.
3. Guests are not allowed to conduct a meeting with other guest,
especially non-staying guests, inside a hotel room. The Hotel
provides meeting facilities, restaurant, lounge, and bar for various
purposes of meeting and leisure.
4. No Group more than four people are allowed to gather inside a hotel
room. Use hotel facilities that have been provided for meetings and
leisure.
Room deposit is obligatory prior to checking in
Refuse to submit a room deposit will cause a delay approval of check out for up to 30 minutes due to room inspection.
Consumed, loss, or damage items inside room are automatically billed in the registered credit card or charged upon check out.
1. Hotel facilities and all of its compliments are intended for the
registered guests who warrant for the services that they have
purchased. All facilities, compliments, and services are not
replaceable or transferable to other guests or non-staying guests.
2. Hotel Management has the right to refuse guest and non-staying
guest to utilize facilities nor receive compliment if proven not
registered and do not have the right to receive the compliments.
3. Hotel Management hold no obligations to refund or applied discount
for unused facilities or facilities that are being closed due to
renovation or maintenance.
4. Swiss-Belinn Saripetojo Solo does not accept any liability for claims,
demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses brought
against PT SOLO REGENCY HOTEL in respect to death, injuries,
property damage, property loss or any other sustained or incurred by
any other person as a result of utilizing any facilities provided by The
Hotel.

Late check-out charges are as follows:
Noon to 3:00pm: 30% of daily room rate
3:00pm to 6:00pm: 50% of daily room rate
After 6:00pm: fully daily room rate
Late check-out is not available during high-season or the room is already booked for the next guests.
Due to several incidents occurred in the past in many countries, hotel has taken terrorists with great cautious. We respectfully asked all guests to be thoroughly checked with no exception. Under the standard operational procedure of “terrorist act prevention”, Hotel Management holds privileges to undergo the following actions:
1. Hotel Management has the right to check all belonging, bags,
luggage, vehicles, and body, and may refuse dangerous or illegal
material to enter hotel property.
2. Hotel Management has the right to remove unattended items and
open them by any means for investigation and hold no liability for the
damage and loss that has been caused.
3. Any found of illegal material will be reported to authorities.
4. Any suspicious material that suspected capable to be used to make
dangerous things will be hold for investigation.
5. Guest carrying firearm must show a valid permit or law enforcement
identification, and advised to store their firearm in The Hotel safety
deposit room and will be returned upon departure.
6. Firearms without valid permit are considered illegal and extremely
dangerous. Firearms will be sized for further process.
7. “Gun-Like” toy such as airsoft and gun replica must be reported to
The Hotel security personnel.
8. For safety, certain areas in The Hotel are under 24-hour surveillance
camera and Hotel Management has the right to use the recorded
tape for internal use.
