Links your Google Drive to the myViewboard app so you can bring in Google files easily.

1. Go to https://myviewboard.com/signup and login with Google.

2. Allow all permissions and select appropriate positions.

3. From the myViewboard tile, click on the three dots, and click my Viewboard Settings.

In settings you can personalize you panel experience. You can add web bookmarks, set up pen settings, add shape pen images etc.

4. Under Preferences, go to General settings, and adjust the board sign out time. Scroll down to SAVE.

5. If you did not already, go to App & Cloud Integration, and click the link icon to sync your Google Drive.

*If the icon is BLUE you are already connected

You can now access your Google Drive directly from your panel.

Allows for quick sign-in to your ViewBoard account on the panel when using WhiteBoard.

1. Go to the play or app store on your phone and search "ViewBoard Companion" & download to your device.

2. Open app and select "Host/ IT admin"

3. Tap on the Google icon to sign-in with your Gmail.

To Use the Companion App

OLD: On the panel (or device you are casting from) from the Viewboard app, tap on the bottom right profile icon.

NEW: Select "Sign in"

2. From your phone open the Companion app, tap on bottom QR code icon and scan login QR code.
