PreK-5 Math

The mission for SWISD mathematics is to create learning environments that provide opportunities for all students to grow in their mathematical knowledge and skills in practical and real life application by:

• Promoting standards based, data driven curricula which will ensure that all students master the course/grade level objectives
• Improving the teaching and learning of mathematics so that all students are ensured equitable standards based education
• Addressing the individual instructional needs of our diverse student population through the use of best practices, including differentiated instruction
