About Us
CELTS Hospitality manages seven “Pool Fuel Cafe” locations at Aquatic Centers, Community Centers, Beaches, and Community Pools across the Chicago and suburban neighborhoods. The “Pool Fuel Cafe” is our redesign of the old pool concession stand operations and menu to reflect today's consumers' taste pallet and desire for quick service, grab and go, type choices, which makes healthy snacking easier. We strongly believe that providing balanced choices empowers our consumers to do the right thing, and drives behavior change.
Experience
CELTS Aquatics Group, LLC is the parent company of CELTS Hospitality and we have been involved in the operations of aquatic centers, fitness pools, and community pools for many years. The focus of CELTS Aquatic Group LLC and its pool management division is to operate and program aquatics centers to be financially self-sustaining, and Food & Beverage plays a large part in the equation. The knowledge and experience gained running those concessions helped us to develop CELTS Hospitality and the “Pool Fuel Cafe”, to help other facilities increase F&B revenue and improve the bottom line for the concession stand operations.
