The curriculum for this course follows the AP Statistics curriculum set by the College Board and is designed to prepare students for the AP Statistics exam in May.
Students develop strategies for collection, organizing, analyzing, and drawing conclusions from data.
Students design, administer, and tabulate results from surveys and experiments.
Students use sampling distributions to provide the logical structure for confidence intervals and hypothesis tests.
Students use a graphing calculator, statistical software, and activities to investigate statistical concepts and enhance statistical understanding.
