After-School Tutoring Behavior Expectations
Please review and follow the behavior expectations outlined below to create a productive and respectful learning environment in our after-school tutoring sessions. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in removal from the tutoring session.
Attendance and Punctuality:
Students must arrive on time. The doors will close at the start time (3:15 pm), and late arrivals are not allowed.
Each session is structured to help students improve academic performance.
Respectful Behavior:
Students are expected to remain focused on their work during the entire session. Sleeping, socializing, or engaging in non-academic activities, such as watching shows or playing games on electronic devices, is prohibited.
Cell phones and other electronic devices may only be used for academic purposes. Unauthorized use will result in removal from the session.
Preparedness:
Students should bring all necessary materials, including a school ID, homework, books, and any additional resources needed to complete assignments.
Consequences for Non-Compliance:
Any student who does not follow these expectations will be sent home, and parents will be notified. We are committed to maintaining a focused environment for all students, and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Thank you for your cooperation in helping us support all students' learning needs. These guidelines are subject to change, and updates will be communicated as necessary.
