Please follow the registration steps below:

STEP 1: School of Residency

In order to begin the registration process your son or daughter must live within our school boundaries. To verify if Rancho Del Rey Middle School is your school of residency, please verify your address by clicking on School Locator:

STEP 2: Course Selection

Welcome to Rancho Del Rey Middle School.  Counselors will do their best to place students in an elective of their choice, please keep in mind coming in midyear, the only open electives are: Arts and Crafts, Computer Keyboarding, Exploring Arts (Dance), and Drama.  If you were in enrolled in a Music or World Language class at your previous site, you may select this option for consideration for placement at Rancho del Rey Middle.

STEP 3: Immunizations

E-mail immunizations AND this English Over-The-Counter Medication Form, OR  Spanish Over-The-Counter Medication Form

to our school nurse at: rdm.immunizations@sweetwaterschools.org

STEP 4: Submit Registration Documents to Registrar

A.  Pre-Registration Form Click Here 

B.  EMAIL: Residency Affidavit – English Click Here, Spanish Click Here

                         AND

C.  Proof of Residency Acceptable Documents:

              .     Utility Bill: Gas & Electric, Water, Cable TV, Internet, Trash or Sewer

·         Verification of Social Services

·         Lease Agreement/Rental Contract with Letterhead of the complex, business card from apartment manager and a current rental receipt

·         Pay Stub

      *NO GENERIC RENTAL CONTRACTS ARE ACCEPTED*
      *NO PHONE BILLS ACCEPTED*

**** All Utility bills must be dated within 60 days of enrollment/statement date

STEP 5: Online Registration – Campus Parent Portal

Our online system to register students is called the “Campus Parent Portal”. Using the instructions provided to you by our Registrar, log in, review and make any necessary changes then SUBMIT your application. ONE Registration Application per Family.
