FAQ

You can email the AP Coordinator, Ms. Neamon, or you can swing by the main office to let her know in person.  

If you email her, you will get a response. If you DO NOT get a response within 24 hours, email again .  jessica.neamon@sweetwaterschools.org  

All students who apply for financial aid receive a letter from Nutrition Services at the District letting them if they qualify or not. 

This is a complex answer. The technical answer is yes, you can plug in the code and receive an immediate fee reduction.  HOWEVER, all students receiving financial aid have to be verified.  Once APTS (the payment system) verifies that you did not qualify, they cancel and refund your payment. This means that your exam will be canceled, and you will have to re-submit your full order. Your exam will not be ordered until you pay the full amount.  

If your full payment is not received by the deadline, you will incur a $45 late fee, as well.  Please only utilize the code if you qualify for financial aid. 

College Board sends all information to the email utilized when setting up the College Board Account.  This may be a personal or school email.  

All information goes to the email set up for College Board only.  Students MUST communicate with parents about information they receive.  If you have forgotten what email you signed up with, please email Ms. Neamon at jessica.neamon@sweetwaterschools.org 

ALSO- Check your SPAM folders if you haven't received information.

Unfortunately, no.  We do not allow students outside of Olympian High School to take part in AP Exams at our site. 

THIS IS FANTASTIC!!!! Let Ms. Neamon know IMMEDIATELY!!! You can email jessica.neamon@sweetwaterschools.org or go visit her in the Main Office!  She will let APTS know and they will process the partial refund so that you only pay the reduced price.
