Fundraising procedures
Before the Fundraiser
Hold a club meeting, approve the potential fundraiser. Make sure you take minutes and have all members sign in to the meeting!
Complete and submit the Fundraiser Request paperwork, including a copy of your meeting minutes.
ASB meetings are Tuesday mornings during Advisory. Please submit your paperwork by Monday afternoon to the ASB or Tuesday before school to Mrs. Portaro's hands.
Paperwork can be submitted via email (attach PDFs) or hard copy.
During the Fundraiser:
Keep track of sales with a tally sheet.
Immediately after, count your money and fill out a deposit form. Bring money to the ASB. Please do not store money in your classroom.
After the Fundraiser:
The ASB will deposit the funds into your account.
The ASB will return your fundraising paperwork so your club can fill out the final section of the Fundraiser Request paperwork.
