NEW REGISTRATIONS WILL NEED TO:
(1) Download & Fill the OLR Household Form (CLICK HERE)
(2) Download & Fill the Affidavit (English/CLICK HERE) (Español/ENLACE AQUI)
(3) Proof of Residency: Provide (1) copy of a RECENT utility bill (dated within the past 60 days). Acceptable forms of proof: SDG&E, Water, Cable (TV), Trash, Sewer or HOA. *No phone or cell phone bills will be accepted. **Upon review some families may be considered as joint residency, requiring additional information. If you are NOT the primary person on a bill you are considered a joint resident.
(4) Verification of Immunizations: California State law requires that all students entering school provide IMMUNIZATIONS as part of the enrollment process. Contact your healthcare provider to CONFIRM all immunizations are up to date to avoid delays. Submit the official immunization record issued by a healthcare facility or the yellow card in PDF form as photo images are blurry. You can also try to access your child's IMMUNIZATIONS HERE (CLICK). Required California Immunizations Click Here . A personal beliefs exemption is no longer accepted as an option for entry into school (CA Law SB277).

(5) A current transcript (counselors need this to help identify courses/credits)

(6) ONLINE REGISTRATION – CAMPUS PORTAL
Our online system to register students is called the "Campus Portal."
The Registrar upon receipt of ALL COMPLETED forms will provide instructions.
Log in, select the correct enrollment school year, review, make any necessary changes, then SUBMIT your application. ONE Registration Application per Family.
Upon submission, write down your CONFIRMATION NUMBER for your records.
INTRA/INTER District Transfers: Students who request Intra/Inter district transfers MUST meet the following requirements to remain an ELH student:
1. Minimum 2.0 scholarship GPA at the grading periods
2. Minimum 2.0 citizenship GPA at the grading periods
3. Excellent attendance
4. No behavioral offenses, no suspendable offenses
**The APs office will send group notifications to families as reminders and will send notifications to families who do not meet the requirements. Families will have their transfer revoked at the year's end and must enroll at their home schools.
